Hi! We are Michał and Jakub – enthusiasts of cold baths and supporters of a healthy lifestyle. Our mission is to create a community of eccentrics who want to enjoy the benefits of ice baths in comfortable conditions, all year round, and regardless of the weather. This is our promise with IceCave – the determination and willingness to share unique experiences that go beyond the limits of traditional winter swimming.
